Selvaraghavan's Irandaam Ulagam which is set for release on the 22nd of November has already begun to raise expectations among the film enthusiasts. The trailer reveals a completely new world that promises us a great experience. 

Anushka, the leading lady of the flick looks charming in the different worlds that she is set in. 

When the actress was asked about the film in a recent interview she replied saying that she has not done a film like this before. 

"There was the prospect of working with Selva. I just wondered if I would be able to live up to his expectations. I had a great time shooting, and am looking forward to the film.”

Anushka also stated she never meant to be an actress. She started off following instructions merely and later learnt what not to do. Speaking about Selvaraghavan, Anushka said

"He is extremely talented. He extracts great performances from his actors. His nuances transform a good scene into a fantastic one.”

No demands of Aayirathil Oruvan in Irandam Ulagam

Ahead of Selvaraghavan’s magnum opus fairytale romance Irandam Ulagam’s release, the film’s lead Arya, who has been having a great run this year, makes it clear that the film will be different from the historical fantasy of Aaiyrathil Oruvan. Arya emphasized that the audience will not be demanded to know any history or cultural nuances to relate with Irandam Ulagam. He said “There were a lot of details that people didn’t know (about Aaiyrathil Oruvan). There are no such things in Irandaam Ulagam. I am sure it will work well with the audience and open up the space for such films in future,”

Since the film was so heavily laced with computer graphics Arya admitted to having a totally new challenge as an actor to work under those circumstances. But the actor says that the confidence and reassurance came through the director Selvargahavan who simply asked him to turn up on the sets and just follow his lead.

Box Office Collection: Arrambam Racing Towards 100 Crores
